Community Living Program was created in 1999 as an alternative to traditional long-term care for people who have suffered a traumatic brain injury (TBI) as adults. The program offers the following services designed to help participants attain personal goals and live as independently as they are able:
- Residential habilitation
- Supported living
- Money management
- Medication assistance
- Health monitoring
- Assistance with meal planning and preparation
- Transportation
- Recreation and social activities
- Behavioral management/crisis intervention
- 24/7 supervision
CLP in Boise is the only such service available from the Good Samaritan Society and the only one available in Idaho.
