Our twin homes offer all the advantages of a private home with a wide range of services and amenities. Each twin home building has two separate living units within the same structure.
With a variety of floor plans, you’ll experience the freedom you desire along with the maintenance-free living you need.
Our twin homes come with fully-equipped kitchens, washer and dryer, internet, basic cable TV, maintenance and utilities.

The Lodge, our independent senior living apartment building at Prairie Creek, offers community togetherness on a beautiful campus.
You’ll have the company of neighbors and friends who share this important stage in life.
Independent living is ideal for those who are able to live on their own, but desire maintenance-free living with the option for meal programs, housekeeping and other services.
Choose from one-bedroom, two-bedroom or two-bedrooms with a den floorplans.
The Lodge features a spacious lobby, dining room, hair salon, library, theater room, pool and jacuzzi, fitness center, game room, chapel with daily devotions, guest suite and underground parking.
Outside, you’ll find a pond, beautiful walking trails and resident gardens.

Assisted Living Apartments
Our assisted living apartments at Prairie Creek are ideal for seniors who need some assistance but do not need 24-hour skilled nursing care.
Choose from one-bedroom or two-bedroom floorplans that include a kitchenette with a microwave and full-size refrigerator. All utilities, including basic cable TV, are included except for telephone.
Our building includes a chapel, wellness room, hair salon, private dining room and multi-purpose room with a baking center.
Assisted living residents enjoy the amenities available on campus and at The Lodge.

Staff members provide compassionate care in a secure building for those diagnosed with Alzheimer’s disease or related dementias.
