Good Samaritan Society – Bloomfield is a rehabilitation and skilled care center licensed by the State of Nebraska with Medicare and Medicaid certification. Our center features private rooms and a state-of-the-art physical therapy department, which is known throughout northern Nebraska for its excellence. We help many residents return to their own homes.
