The Evangelical Lutheran Good Samaritan Society is an organization committed to learning.

The Learning and Strategic Integration Division exists within the Society to guide and direct the organization in providing learning opportunities for staff and residents to help the Society achieve benchmark performance in individual, organizational and community learning.
