DENVER, C.O. - Usually residents at the Good Samaritan Society's Fort Collins Village arrive there much later in life. But one resident, who came in February, was just born a month earlier.
You can hear the sweet giggles and ‘oohs’ and ‘awws’ from residents when they snuggle and pet Buddy. A group of ladies come in every day to see Buddy and they visit with each other and Buddy for hours on end.
“He reminds me so much of my cat. That’s why I come here. I can still walk at 92. I want to make sure he’s got the carrots, a carrot eat. I think it’s good for the digestion. He makes me joyous way inside,” said resident Evelyn.
